Page 80, lines 29 - 31: Delete all material. Renumber the following bill sections accordingly. Page 81, line 8: Delete "Sections 30 and 32" Insert "Section 31" Page 81, line 10: Delete "secs. 33 and 34" Insert "secs. 32 and 33" Adjust fund sources and totals accordingly.
